(Significantly New Alternative Policy) U.S. Government Program Vendor
List. This list contains products that are considered new and environmentally
friendly alternatives to other toxic products on the market today.
CarbonSeal™ is made from proprietary formulations consisting
of various organic compounds and water. This proprietary formula
contains no known hazardous components.
CarbonSeal™ is an environmentally friendly product which encapsulates
hydrocarbon molecules at the molecular level.
The original formula was developed nearly one hundred years ago.
During World War II, it was used in submarines to mask diesel trails.
Since then, the original formula has been used as a base for several
other products including CarbonSeal™, an odor controller, a
fire blocker/retardant, a mildew retardant that can be mixed with
latex paint, and an instant cool-down spray that instantly lowers
the temperature of hot metal.
In the oil industry, CarbonSeal™ is especially useful. Hydrocarbons
are often deposited as paraffin buildup in oil or gas pipelines,
sludge and cracker-bottoms in refining systems, product remnants
in storage tanks, paraffin walls in downhole well purses, stripping
diesel from drilling mud for recycling and environmental cleaning.
The CarbonSeal™ will separate and consolidate the hydrocarbon
products for easy removal and retrieval.
CarbonSeal™ is biodegradable, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic,
non-flammable and user friendly. It solves many problems suffered
by the oil and petrochemical industries, and provides a new front-line
